FIND ME/ FOLLOW ME  Have you ever waited on a call, but couldn't stay at your desk to receive it? With Find Me/Follow Me, the phone system will call your extension first, then automatically try an alternate number if you don't pick up.  The alternative number can be your cell, a remote extension, another extension in the office, or any other number you like.

If you need to work from home or a mobile office, Remote Extensions lets you take a direct office line with you.  You can dial and talk to people from an office phone line as if you were there.  Dialing works just the same and no more worries about using cell phone minutes or long distance charges.  All you need is an internet connection and it's as if you never left the office.

DIGITAL RECEPTIONIST Stop worrying about missed calls.  Our phone systems will prompt callers with a prerecorded message and menu that allows them to choose whom they want to talk to. Digital Receptionists can even work on time conditions that allow callers to hear different voice prompts at different times of the day. Let your phone system do the work for you!

With our state of the art phone system you can forward calls to external numbers and dial out from the system from an external line.  Similar to Remote Extensions, Direct Inward System Access doesn't require an internet  connection.  You can dial into your phone system, then dial out to make a call.  Users inside the office can forward calls to you as well.  Whether you are working from home, on the road, or on the beach, your customers will never know the difference!

CALL CONFERENCING You can't take a conference call from space, but with our system you can from most other remote locations!  Our PBX systems can conference in as many extensions or lines, in or out of the office, as you need.  No more huddling around the speaker phone to hear an important call.  Users can listen from their own desk or any remote location without the use of 3rd party vendors.

Voicemail boxes also include their own menus that callers can use to reach other extensions or phone numbers.  Each user can customize these with their voice and choice of options.  Users can even check their voicemail through email as a compressed voice attachment.

Talk to your staff without even picking up the phone. With our paging and intercom systems you can talk with other users without touching the phone.

OPERATOR PANEL Would you like to know the status of all your extensions at a glance?  With Operator Panel, you can see which extensions are busy, for how long, and with what number.

Our PBX Systems give complete call reports for the entire system, including the individual extensions. You can easily see the number of inbound, outbound, and long distance calls with our graphs. Call logs can also export to CSV and PDF.

UNLIMITED EXTENSIONS By using the latest in VoIP technology, we are able to provide an expandible system that will grow with your office. Our systems will run on your existing network so no additional wiring is required, and phones can just plug into an existing jack. This means if users change offices, they simply plug their phone into the new jack and away they go with the same extension.
